We work hard to get our efforts noticed by the media and are so proud when this goal comes to fruition. “Making a Difference”
Won the GB Lindsey Family Audience Award at the WACA Family and Faith International Film Festival in Waco, Texas. It was also recently nominated for Most Inspirational Documentary at the International Christian Film Festival in Orlando, Fla., June 3-6.

In addition, it has been accepted into the Kingdomwood International Film Festival near Atlanta and the Inspired Faith Film Festival based in Florida.

The documentary tells the story of Slaughter, pastor of Connect Missionary Church, and how he began Community Share Ministries in Cedartown upon seeing the needs in the area.
